About

Hi, I'm Louie.

I've been designing and building websites for small businesses since 2013 — that's 13 years now, all of it in South Orange County. RanchoWebDesigns is my one-person boutique studio. I work with a handful of clients at a time, on purpose. That keeps every project a flagship project, not a slot in a production line.

When you hire RWD, you hire me. Not a sales rep, not an account manager, not a junior designer my agency dropped on your account. I do the strategy, I do the design, I do the build, and I'm the one who picks up the phone when you have a question — six days, six months, or six years after launch.

Thirteen years in one market means I've watched South OC small businesses succeed and fail online for over a decade. I know what local customers look for, which platforms lock you in, which "SEO services" are scams, and what actually drives leads in Mission Viejo, Newport Beach, San Clemente, and the cities in between. That perspective is built into every site I ship.

I started this because too many small businesses end up with websites they're locked into — built on platforms they don't own, slow enough to hurt their search rankings, and designed to look like every other agency template. There's a better way to do this, and that's what I do.

What I believe

Behind the curtain

I'm not a one-person basement operation. RWD is me at the center — running every project, every conversation, every decision — backed by a small bench of trusted professionals I bring in when a project calls for it. Senior developers who review my code. Design partners on more ambitious creative briefs. Specialists for the corners of SEO and AI where their depth beats my breadth.

You never manage the team. You talk to me. They make sure the work I ship is bulletproof.

Where I work

I'm based in South Orange County and serve the surrounding cities: Mission Viejo, Irvine, Newport Beach, Laguna Niguel, Dana Point, San Clemente, Aliso Viejo, Lake Forest, and Rancho Santa Margarita. Most engagements are remote with occasional in-person meetings — whatever the project calls for.

Talk to me
